She was so helpful with the purchase of my first home. Brein kept me updated all through the process and made the whole experience worry-free. Always available if I had a question or just dropping me a note to ask if I needed anything. She did a fantastic job!

We first met Brein at our house to discuss listing it for sale. We hadn’t lived in the home for a few months and were in the process of painting and putting in new flooring. Brein suggested that we list the home as is and adjust the price accordingly. That was a relief to us, as we didn’t want to go through the process and expense of painting and new flooring. She assured us that it would sell. We trusted her knowledge of the housing market. We decided to list the home after the first of the new year. Brein marketed our home and listed it as “Coming Soon.” After two weeks she held an open house the first weekend of February. The was so much interest in the house on Saturday she cancelled the Sunday open house because she had twenty potential buyers and their agents with appointments scheduled. On Monday we met with Brein and she presented us with five offers either at asking or over. We accepted an offer and closed at the end of February.
